Driving the hilly back roads of the Guatemalan countryside at night you can actually see some of the mountains glowing at their peak letting off pressure from the magma below. The Guatemalan coffee grows at high altitude in volcanic soil giving it its distinctive and superb flavour. Smooth, rich, chocolaty and sweet. Its been at the top of our list of favourite coffees for a long time.
