Do you find yourself in pursuit of deeper and more meaningful connection, with yourself and others, through pen and paper? A desire to infuse quieter moments of reflection and practiced focus into your days? Opportunities of brief reprieve from an increasingly disconnected and digital world?
On the heels of our joining the Sunday Letter Project, we are happy to host a Cursive Writing Workshop on the evening of Thursday, May 7th, 2026 and hope you will join us! Whether you're looking to refine your handwriting, learn the art of cursive from scratch, or to simply find a tactile alternative to screen time, this hands-on workshop will offer an intimate and relaxed environment to improve and practice.
Led by experienced instructor Neeta Kumar-Britten, who brings over 32 years of teaching experience, participants will explore different lettering techniques and build confidence in their writing skills.
Each participant will receive a thoughtfully curated take-home package, including practice samples on various textures, a pocket-sized alphabet guide, a practice notebook for writing on the go, and a fun surprise scented sticker.
We will also share information on how you can find your own penpal by participating in the Sunday Letter Project with our shop.
This workshop is open to ages 18 and up, with a limited capacity to ensure a personalized experience.
