Wondering about your options for shipping, delivery, and curb side pick up? Choose your situation below.  

1. I want to order online and pick up at your storefront.

Beginning May 18, we are happy to offer free curbside pick up Mondays and Thursdays, 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.. We will contact you via email once your order is ready for pickup and to confirm your pickup date. On pick up day, your order will be ready and waiting in the foyer of our building. You may pick up any time between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.. 

If you prefer that we contact you via text, please enter your cell phone number at checkout. 

2. I live on the Northside and want my order delivered to my doorstep.

We're happy to offer free doorstep delivery to the following Northside communities:

North Sydney

Sydney Mines

Bras d'Or

Millville

George's River

Point Aconi

Groves Point

Florence

Choose Northside Delivery at checkout. (Please note: If your community is not listed above, please use our CBRM Delivery option *see below*) 

Deliveries will be made on Thursdays. The cut off time for ordering for Thursday delivery is end of day Wednesday.

For contactless delivery, we will be leaving the package at your door, knocking/ringing the doorbell, and leaving. A shipping email will be sent to you once it has been delivered to your home. If you have any special requests concerning delivery, please leave them in the Notes section at checkout. 

In the event of inclement weather, we will contact you to arrange alternate delivery options and/or that you are home to receive the package at drop off.

3. I live in the CBRM and want it delivered to my doorstep.

We're happy to offer $5 delivery to the following communities (and surrounding areas):

Sydney

Sydney River

Whitney Pier

Coxheath

Westmount

Howie Centre

Glace Bay

Dominion

New Waterford

Deliveries will be made on Thursdays. The cut off time for ordering for Thursday delivery is end of day Wednesday.

For contactless delivery, we will be leaving the package at your door, knocking/ringing the doorbell, and leaving. A shipping email will be sent to you once it has been delivered to your home. 4. I live elsewhere in the province or Canada, and/or I want my order mailed to me.

We're offering free shipping Canada-wide via Canada Post on all orders over $75 and a flat-rate fee of $8 on all orders under $75.

Due to our reduced hours and the volume at which Canada Post is currently operating, please expect a delay in receiving your order. We are shipping every three (3) days and Canada Post is no longer honouring its typical timelines.  We recommend ordering anything that is time sensitive well in advance as we cannot guarantee delivery times. We appreciate your patience.
