Updated July 11: Canada Post has advised that there will be no immediate lockout and postal service will continue as normal. Therefore, we will start to once again use Canada Post as a default carrier to ship your orders at a flat rate of $7, or free shipping on orders over $100 (before tax).
If you wish to use an alternate carrier, we will also offer $15 shipping via FedEx.
All three shipping options are available at checkout. We are happy to hear that negotiations are continuing and we support a quick and satisfactory resolution.
Canada Post Corporation and the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) are in discussions about their labour agreement, and there is a possibility of a strike/work stoppage.
We currently rely on Canada Post to deliver our products to you. We are actively exploring other affordable shipping options in the event of a Canada Post strike. We will try our best to keep shipping fees and delivery times as low as we can, but they are subject to change.
This will not impact our local customers who choose In-store Pickup.
If you have any questions or concerns at all, please do not hesitate to contact email@example.com and we'll work to ensure your order makes it to you!
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, and thank you for your understanding.
