Sea Glass Green Tea

One of the best Cape Breton experiences is early in the summer. When it is still too cold to go swimming,  and there's a brisk wind coming off the Bras D'or Lakes. It is the perfect time to walk the beach collecting glittering pieces of sea-glass peeking out of  the sand.

Capture a bit of the feeling with this "Sea-glass" tea - a bright citrus green tea dotted with sea-glass sugar.
